Hello,
I would like to know how much costs the market tour for a group of 100 students?
Thank you in advance.
Hello Cristina,
Thank you for contacting us for a private Budapest market hall tour for the students. We can arrange private group market tours for a 100 guests with approx. 5 guides (20 students in each group). We have contacted you via email with a detailed offer. Please check your email address used in the comment. If you cannot locate it in the incoming box or the spam please reply to this comment directly and provide an alternative email address where we can contact you. Thank you. If you also wish to visit the Xmas Fair in the city in December we can send a combined offer for the Christmas Market and the Market Hall tour. It’s better to ask for a quote via email as we can react more quickly.
Can you cater for gluten free diets on the lunch tour?
Hello David,
Thank you for the dietary question.
Most of the shared tours in Budapest available to other guests, unfortunately, do not cater for gluten free options in the food tours at the moment (it may change in the future though). We would suggest asking for a private market and food tour / tasting that is specifically designed with gluten free options in mind for you / your group. Admittedly, the price of a gluten free tour will be pricier if the group is very small and the total costs of the live guide and sampling are only divided among a few people. Please send us an email if you are interested in a private reservation with gluten free foods / replacements.
Are you able to cater for gluten free diet on the tour?
Hello, is the Market open this Friday on 14 April? Thank you!
Hello,
I would like to speak to someone about doing some filming at the Great Market next Monday 15th August, for an Australian television series. Would you be able to put me in contact with someone who could help me with this?
Many thanks
Matthew Parker
Will the market tour be on around 19th of August?
Hello,
I am interested in the budapest market tour. However, the dates and information on this site are from 2013. Is this tour still available in 2015?
Hello Judith, yes, the Budapest Market tour is available. Sorry we had a technical issue with the site, but now it is resolved.
We are hoping to join a market tour in July, but my wife cannot eat raw or undercooked vegetables. What would we expect on the menu for the lunch?
Hello Jim, the lunch does not include raw or uncooked vegetables. Vegetables are either steamed or cooked in the lunch menu of the Budapest market tour.
I’ m visiting Budapest May 1st through May 4th. Can I make arrangements for the wine tasting directly at the market hall on May1st, for the Wednesday, May 2nd? There will be 4 people in the group.
Hello Norma, as the market tours are general tours open to others who have already made arrangements, I’m afraid it will not be possible to make a special wine tasting tour for the 4 of you in the Budapest Great Market Hall. However, if you do not mind to splurge a bit, you may try to arrange a personal wine tasting in the market with a private wine tasting company.
Hi,
