Dietary Needs
Please kindly note that public Market Tours are not suitable for guests who have special dietary needs: vegans, lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivity, nut allergies are unfortunately not catered for during the Market Tours.

Cancellation Policy
The tour fee can be refunded if asked 4 days before the tour date. Within 4 days of the tour date, the tour fee is non-refundable.
No refund can be offered in the following cases:
- No Show
- Last-minute Cancellation
Changes in Booking
You can request changes in your booking (e.g. number of tickets) min. 4 days before the date of your reservation. Within 4 days the booking may no longer be modified or cancelled.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional amendment fee to cover administrative costs for completing changes requested in dates / hours, etc.

Payment
Once payment has been made, there is an automatically generated confirmation email, which is sent to the email address you provided in the booking form. Drop-in
Drop-in guests are not accepted, please book in advance in the tour reservation form
Pets
Pets / animals are not allowed in at the Market Halls.
